The re-scheduled AGM will be held on Tuesday March 28th at 7.30 in Áras Bharróg and the official notification will be issued this week. Please contact the secretary at with any queries. 

The Mentor’s Meeting continues tonight at 9pm and as usual ALL teams are asked to send a representative.

The Under 12 girls are holding a Cake Sale in the Juvenile Room on Saturday morning from 10am to 11:30. There will be cakes, buns, tarts, flans, petit fours, melted chocolate, raisins & currants & sultanas, hundreds & thousands, marshmallow, jellies, fruit slice, brack, pie, cheesecake, flapjacks, you name it and it'll be there. if you have any special dietary requirements, such as extra sugar, extra chocolate, extra fruit, extra biscuit, extra butter, extra everything, then you should contact Deirdre and she'll look after you. But remember, cake purchase and consumption is compulsory for anyone entering Páirc Bharróg on Saturday morning.

For insurance purposes, ALL teams taking part in Challenge matches are advised that they must apply, through the Club Secretary only for permission to take part in a challenge game at least 72 hours before throw-in time.


Membership fees are now due. Renewal forms are available to download from the Downloads and Membership pages on the website, from the Registration Committee or from your team mentor. Return the form with the cash/cheque/payment plan to Registrar Ingrid Kelly as soon as possible.


Once you have paid your membership you will be given your GAA Membership number which you can use to sign up for the GRMA (Go Raibh Maith Agat) loyalty scheme. There is more information available in the GAA Club Nuachtlitir (attached last week and I didn’t attach it again cos its 3MB).

Mini Leagues continue on the main pitch at 10am on Saturday.


The club shop is open for business between 9:30am and 12:30pm on Saturday mornings.


The Naomh Barróg Golf Society is now open for members. Full members, mentors and adult players are all eligible. Contact Andy Cassidy, Joe Potter or Gary McCormack for details.


There was no winner of last week’s Lotto; numbers drawn were 4, 9, 16 & 24. This week’s Jackpot will be €1,800.
